Republican Tennessee Rep. Mark Green introduced legislation Tuesday that aims to protect patients from delays in medical care.

Rep. Mark Green (TN-07) last week introduced the Protecting Hunting Heritage and Education Act, cosponsored by Rep. Richard Hudson (NC-09), after the Biden administration barred archery and hunting programs from receiving federal education funding.

A Biden administration ban on federal funds being used by schools with archery or hunting programs would be reversed under the provisions of a new bill introduced by Rep. Mark Green (R-TN).
